Dr. Iyad Syoufi, MD

Absolute worst experience ever. They make you wait over 45 minutes just to get in and then additional time just to see the doctor or his assistant. Their staff is not warm and inviting at all like most offices are and lack any type of professionalism, especially the one that sits in the back office that handles insurance. She's just mean spirited and absolutely atrocious in every sense of the word and makes the other girls look like angels. I would honestly avoid this nightmare of a place if you can.

The staff in Dr. Syoufi's office seems to think leaving a patient who had thyroid cancer without their thyroid meds for 10+ days is ok. They never take responsibility. They blame either the patient or other staff. There are times I call and they don't even bother to answer the phones. I was marked a no show when I tried for 2 days to cancel an appt. and there was no answer. Dr. Syoufi himself seems to be rather caring but his staff is lacking greatly and that weighs on him. If he doesn't see it or take action when he hears it then it lies on his shoulders. I am now looking for a new Endo dr.

Dr. Syouf is excellent but he needs to hire a staff that is proficient. I am a long time patient of his and his receptionist all of them are the worst. They are truly lacking in there duties and tend to want to blame the patient about their lack of skills. Find the right skilled nurses and receptionist please. It will sincerely help your practice & definitely your patients.

This office staff does not do anything. I've given this office so many chances due to my health issues and it's turned into a second job for me to keep up with. My prescriptions are never sent , even though they state it was sent to the pharmacy. The staff does not call to schedule appointments they leave that up to you to do. Everytime you call the office , you are presented with rude and abrupt awnsers. All in all the doctor is fair and tries but the staff is terrible. Front office staff as well as his assistant.

Horrible front office staff. Disrespectful, poorly managed. A reflection on the doctors and how they (don't) care about their patients.

STAFF VERY RUDE AND NOT CARING OR HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY RECORDS RELEASE TO ANOTHE DOCTOR AND EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AND FINALLY TODAY CHRIS AT THE DESK INFORMED ME SHE COULD NOT SEND MY RECORDS TO MY NEW DOCTOR WITHOUT PAYING THE 82.00. BEFORE THIS THE DOCTOR WOULD NOT GIVE THE OK FOR A REFILL OF MY INSULIN UNLESS I PAID MY BALANCE OF $25.00. IF YOU DONT MAKE A PAYMENT HE WILL NOT TREAT YOU AND WILL NOT LET YOU CONTINUE YOUR CARE SOMEWHERE ELSE. STAY CLEAR OF HIS OFFICE STAFF AND DOCTOR ARE NO GOOD. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT.

Dr. Syoufi is an excellent doctor, I have been seeing him for the past two years ever since I was referred to him for my high calcium level and he has been treating me for my Diabetes and monitoring my Thyroid ever since. I drive 1 and a 1/2 hours to see him and would drive even more if needed, again a very good doctor to have in your corner!!!!!

Front office is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appt and waited 30 minutes past my appt. A total of 45 minutes!! Mind you, I had an early am appt and had to be at work. Overall experience was not what I'd expected.

I was on the rebound when I went to see Dr Syoufi...previous dr I feel was a quack. Was impressed w/the way he listened to what I had to say & sent me for blood work. Called me on a Thurs w/results & left message...didn't get message to Fri evening so I figured I would have to wait till Monday. Totally surprised me by calling on Saturday when the office is closed. Saw him the other day again & still very impressed w/his manner & the way he explains everything.

Like everyone else, I do not like going to the Dr.'s office. Dr. Syoufi is a very nice, sensitive and caring Dr. He really does care about taking care ...
