Dr. Iza Marzanna Boesler, MD

Dr. Boesler had a "non-medical" administrative person phone me to give me a bad report about a disease that I have. I had no knowledge about the illness and wanted to know more. This clerk stated that she did not have info concerning the disease. Therefore, I left a message for Dr. Boesler to phone me back. It's two days later, I have not heard from Dr. Boesler. So she is fired! I will caution any patient to BEWARE. In my opinion, she should not be licensed!!!!

Dr Boesler was a very good doctor about fifteen years ago. Today she is unresponsive. She sees you for five minutes and moves on. She does not return messages at all. You wait on the phone for 20 or more minutes to leave a message that is NEVER returned. She is never available to speak to a patient on the phone. She promises to leave scripts at the front desk (though a receptionist) and they are NEVER there. There is no follow through. Her PA is equally as unresponsive. Common sense is lost on these two. Please find a better doctor, you cannot count on these two.

Horrible doctor and office staff. Does not return calls. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes to leave a message that will not be returned. During appointments will not spend much time with you. Would not help me when I could not receive supplies for CPAP. Does not speak good English as well. You can find a better doctor elsewhere.

I highly recommend Dr. Boesler as a PCP. I have been in her care approximately 20 years and she has demonstrated her concern for my well being. Dr. Boesler is very friendly, yet professional and she takes the time to listen to the patients. I appreciate the knowledge and expertise Dr. Boesler has, and I am confident that she will analyze the problem and get to the root cause. She if very thorough and does not take chances with her patientâ??s care. What I like is that Dr. Boesler looks out for my best interest. When Dr. Boesler answers â??noâ?? to a patient request, she does it tactfully and with the patientâ??s best interest in mind. She encouraged me to lose weight â??naturallyâ?? instead of prescribing a â??diet pillâ?? that I requested. I am thankful Dr. Boesler encouraged me to develop a healthy lifestyle with rest, exercise, and proper nutrition. I canâ??t say enough of how blessed I am to have found such an excellent physician. I recommend Dr. Boesler with the highest… recommendation!

Dr. Boesler always gives a thorogh exam, heart lungs, BP, throat and ears. Always asks how I feel and if I am sleeping well. She never rushes me and always takes the time to find out what is going on with me. I've had a few close calls and if she couldn't figure out what was going on she called in the finest doctors in the area to assess my condition. She save my life more than once.

I emailed last night for an appointment. I got a call first thing this morning. Though it wasn't urgent I was offered time this afternoon - they told me I'd have to wait - but they'd get me in - this was a warning from the call early this morning. I got there with my expectations set - I waited calmly - as I was forewarned, and voila I got to see the doctor. What a difference setting expectations make.Five Stars to Dr. Boesler's staff!!! *****

The bottom line is this... The practice itself has got you covered no matter what your needs are, which is a very good thing. The office staff is moody ( I would be too if I had to deal with what they do day to day.... Try smiling instead of complaining and see what happens).Yes, I wait in a waiting room, every time, I am not going to lie. So I plan accordingly, bring a book, or have a fun game you like on your cell. I get frustrated too, while I wait, but as soon as I start my conversation with the doctor I remind myself why I come back. There are so many docs out there. Would you rather a short wait and quick visit, or perhaps have to wait longer for the real maccoy? I have been through many docs after 20 years of a incurable diagnosis. I thank god for Dr. Boesler and her practioner.

I made the first appointment of the morning @ 8:30. Was not taken to the exam room until 9:15. Then sat in the exam room for another 20 minutes before the Dr came in. She spent less than 5 minutes with me. She never reviewed my family history on the forms I filled out. Mentioned that my BP had read high about 2 weeks before at a health fair, she was not concerned. When my lab work came back my cholestrol was high and when I questioned the Dr about it she was not concerned. Did I mention that everyone in my father's family has/had high blood pressure and that my dad and his mother and one of his brother died of heart disease. Well I am going to find a Dr who shows a little more concern. Oh and when I questioned the Dr's assistant about the long wait, she said they make the early appts, but the Dr never comes in before 9 (!!!!!!!!)
