Dr. Izabella Verbitsky, MD

Dr. Verbitsky is the BEST PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN I have been to. I had to go to several others due to insurance changes, and so happy to have found Dr. Verbitsky. She and her staff make you feel that you are her only patient for the day. Very personable. Wants to listen to "your story" and meet your health needs. She wants to address the root of the issue, and doesn't just want to prescribe an Rx. She makes going to the Doctor a very pleasant experience. I actually look forward to my annual visits! She and her staff are also readily available on their portal, communicating promptly.

During this trying time I had to call Dr. Verbitsky. As busy as I know they must be her nurse on duty was wonderful and took her time to take care of me and listen to my issues. I was squeezed in and an appointment was made the next day. Dr. Verbitsky is a wonderful doctor and if you need an excellent doctor she has my recommendation.

I got to the office 15 min. early to fill out paperwork. The staff was pleasant and prompt. I was taken back after a very small wait and the examination started. Dr. Verbitsky has a great bedside manner and she did not hurry but took great care to answer my questions. I was very impressed with Dr. Verbitsky and her staff.

Dr Verbitsky is my primary physician as well as my father. When I first met her, she made feel so comfortable . Whenever, I see her...there is no rush. She takes her time with me making sure she answers all my questions. She is also very caring to my aging father. Also, whenever I use the patient portal...nurse response my questions or concerns quickly!!

She did more for me in one visit than my previous PCP had done in the last five years. I'll be her patient as long as she'll have me.

The staff continuously called in my prescriptions incorrectly. In addition, I have had a bladder infection every 3 months for the past year. At my last visit, she informed me that she only does a urine test at my yearly physical regardless of my previous history.

This doctor no longer sees her patients. She fills her rooms with patients and has students doing all the work...she'll pop in for 5 minutes and happily bill you insurance company for the highest level of visit. Very disappointed in recent visit. Will be finding another doctor.

Dr. "V" is an excellent physician. Her extensive medical knowledge is combined with a very caring attitude toward her patients. Her staff is also caring but the turnover in staff is a little disconcerting for building a good working relationship in all phases of Dr. "V"'s practice.
