Horrible experience. I called them and told that I’ve got a high fever & I’m with a baby &Have no one to leave with. They asked about my insurance and told that they accept it and I can come right away. I came with a fever and they didn’t take me, just told they can take me if I pay cash in other way I should go to urgent care. The worth experience ever

I absolutely loved the way she treated me and I am so thankful to have a doctor that really understands me and tries her best to be sure I am healthy. Highly recommend!

This is to express my gratitude for my Doctor, Dr. Izolda Mikhayov. I have been a patient of Dr, Mikhalov for several years. Throughout the years Dr. Mikhaylov has demonstrated her professionalism and knowledge as my PCP. Two years ago, I suffered a serious health issue while at work. I called Dr. Mikhaylov's office and was told to come in right away. i owe my life to the Dr, because when I got to her office, she saw me right away, and made arrangements for me to go to the hospital. Dr, izolda's diagnosis and concern provided me with the medical attention I needed and today I am enjoying a healthy life!. Dr Mikhaylov called me to see how i was doing and the hospital staff told me she was doing a follow up on my condition., which is unheard of in these days! Dr Mikhaylov is concerned with my physical and mental health. She takes time to explain things to me and she responds to my concerns whenever I try to contact her. There have been occasions when I have called after hours and… Dr. Mikhaylov has responded without hesitation. I am impressed with how she knows my personal situation when she is not in her office without my file in front of her! This shows her care and concern for her patients! Dr Izolda Mikhaylov is a rare gem in the world of many busy unconcerned medical professionals. If you are lucky enough to secure her as your PCP, count your blessings. She comes highly recommended!

Very arrogant. She comes on Saturdays only, I don't know why is her a companion or a brother, who is pediatric takes to treat adult patient. Business isn't honest. The nasty place.

Incompetent staff. She also charged me even though my insurance told me I was covered, and told me she would refund my money once the insurance paid. I called my insurance to ask if a claim has been filed ( 3 weeks later) and they have yet to file a claim. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back

It was very clean, nice, and organized. The doctor is very nice is was right with all of her diagnosis
