I am a Registered Nurse who has worked in operating rooms around Arizona for the past 20+ years, plus an additional 12 years working in ER, ICU, Post-anesthesia Units, Interventional Radiology, and also worked as a Critical Care Flight Nurse. I had a completely torn shoulder rotator cuff, and was unable to use my right arm for most functions. I had heard of Dr Enders from a fellow nurse who had a total shoulder repair by him. She told me that "he specializes in shoulders". That's the kind of surgeon I wanted! All of my office visits to Dr Enders, including the initial visit, were outstanding. Both Dr Enders, and his staff were precise, professional, and friendly. There was no rush, and they all took the time to answer any questions that I had. My surgery went remarkably well. I was back to work in much less time than expected. Since being back to work, Dr Enders is now working at my facility, and I have the opportunity to actually see him in action. He is the one of the nicest… surgeons you would want to meet, and to professionaly have him perform orthopedic surgery on you, if you should ever need. I would not hesitate to have him perform surgery on me again! It is said that if you ever need surgery, and want to find the best surgeon, that you should consult an operating room nurse that has worked with many different surgeons.
