I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience and an Army Veteran with 10 years of service. My professional experience includes individual practice, where I had particular focus on addressing depression, anxiety, anger, and issues in relationships. Also, I worked with the U. S. Department of Veteran's Affairs, helping Veterans and their families understand and overcome PTSD.
I focus on working with adults using cognitive and psychoanalytic therapies. I also include a Christian faith-based …focus in therapy if asked for. I look forward to partnering with you to better understand your world and help you overcome problems in your life. By better understanding present challenges as well as the potential impact of past experiences in your life; you can change how you see and deal with problems, and be empowered to experience a more fulfilling life.
