Dr. Ja Gu Kang, MD

I have visited Dr. Kang in the past. Today I called after waiting all weekend to make an appointment. The boy who initially answered the call was extremely unhelpful and very discourteous. When I asked if I could make an appointment, he put me on hold. I waited approximately 5 minutes. A woman answered and when I explained that I wanted to make an appointment, there was a long hesitation. Not knowing what was going on, I explained that I was very dissatisfied with the way this call was handled and asked that Dr. Kang call me at his earliest convenience. He needs to know who is presenting his practice in the worst way ever. I've never experienced anything like this before and today was the absolute worst experience ever in contacting a doctor's office of any kind.

I went to this doctor for medical exam (for school requirment) the very firstime i was asking them if they do ratio and this (receptionist or doctor secretary) i didn't get what i wanted for,i think thier rules is ''patient is no rigth to explain'' and this receptionist her voice and her facial expression is hatred its ashame to recommend this office
