Getting an appt is not much of a problem most of the time especially if you are sick and need to get in right away. The main concern is some of the staff. The front office staff is friendly andgoes the extra mile. The problem is with the medical assistant Tammy she does not return my calls in a timely manner and at times this worries me when it comes to my medications. She does not touch base with me to let me know what is going on with my tests. Her bedside manners are the worst I have ever had at any Dr. office It really is a shame that this one nurse can make such a difference in my decision to not be a patient here anymore. Dr Hassan is a wonderful Dr. and his other staff are some of the most concerning people you will meet, but one person's attitude can make all the difference on your choices especially if you are not feeling well. Nurses like this can really have an impact on a person's decision to choose a physician especially when you need to deal with the nurse on a… regular basis.
