Dr. Blackwy ell-White has been the PCP for my children and now grandchildren. She is very thorough and she's always taken time to call you back when you need to talk to her. From the 1980's- present, Dr. Blackwell-White has always been there. I love her.

Daughter came on there dehydrated. And weak and her associates almost let her die, thank God for northwest! This place is disgusting!

Dr. Blackwell-White was my son's PCP from birth until we relocated to Ohio a month ago.; She is outstanding in her care of her patients! I also recommended her practice to my Sister, and she (sister) has had nothing but high praise for Dr. Blackwell-White, her partners, and Staff!

I have been with Dr. Jackie for over 18 years. She and her staff have took exceptional care of my five children. One of my kids has chronic asthma and when e gets sick; she makes us feel that he is the only child she see's in the world. If you want a good Pediatrician than Dr. Blackwell-White is the one

I've been taking my kids to Dr. Blackwell-White for over 20 years. My son (who is now 20) was 6 weeks old when I took him for his first visit with her. He now has to find another doctor because he's a little too old to be seeing a pediatrician at his age. :-) My daughter who is now 11 is also a patient of hers. She is simply awesome. I have established a long-standing friendship with her and some of her former staff. I've never been disappointed. Every time I needed her, she was always available through the late night illnesses, physicals and vaccinations. I highly recommend her.

My kids and I love this doctors office becuase of the caring medical staff but the administrative staff is uncaring and act like they don't have enough time for you. The phone systems are horrid and they never call you back. So I always call until I get someone on the phone. At one point I was leaving a message a day trying to get someone to call me and they never bothered. I have considered leaving because of this but it would break my kids hearts they have been with them for so long and they are comfortable with them plus like I said the doctors, nurse practioners, and nurses are fantastic.

I love Dr. Blackwell-White. She always takes great care of my children. They are teenagers now and don't want to leave her, they have been with Dr. Blackwell-White since day one.

If I could just deal with Dr. Blackwell- White and her associate doctors, I would be absolutely fine. However, dealing with her front office staff has caused me to look for another pediatrician. I am sorry to have to leave her practice after many years of her and fellow doctors dedication of service, but her front office staff has just ruined the patient doctor relationship.
