Dr. Jacinta White Topps, MD

Just heard from a friend that scheduled an appointment for her Grandson (she is the legal guardian and he is on her insurance) to see Dr. Topps for her first visit. For weeks she was calling the office to make sure that they had all the required documentation and if she needed any additional information for the visit. She was advised that they had everything needed. Well, today she arrived to the appointment and was embarrassed by the staff with remarks like you are taking up valuable time that can be used for other patients, is the child a legal citizen, and many other in appropriate comments. She departed Dr. Topps’ office without being see although the baby needs to have his well-baby checkup and immunization shots. After hearing this I will never recommend Dr. Topps as a physician. All of her staff needs to be fired and she needs to provide sensitivity training to whoever she hires. This is totally unacceptable. Think twice before going to Fall Hill Pediatrics and seeing… any of the doctors there. What ashame. I have heard so many good things about Dr. Topps. I guess if you are a Latino then you are not welcomed there.
