Dr. Jack Alexander

Worst physician I have ever had. Some days he's your best buddy, extremely pleasant and accommodating. Other times he's simply rude. A true Dr Jekell and Mr Hyde. Hopefully he has retired.

Not very professional

It is welcome to find a doctor who is so thorough and cares about you. Runs a little late but it is worth it.

This was by far the rudest medical staff i have ever encountered. After calling to make an appointment as a new patient, i showed up and was immediately greeted in a rude fashion. I told the receptionist that i was a new patient and asked if there was any paperwork to fill out. The receptionist was immediatly put off that she couldnt see my appointment in the system and was very vocal about it "I just hate it when they dont tell us if its a new patient, this isnt my job"....it went downhill from there. Let me be clear that i have no review for the doctor, as i wasnt able to make it past the bridge troll working the desk.

I found that Alexander is easily angered and given to talking bitterly to me about his failed marriages. He often didn't pay attention to me as he buried his head in his computer. I am not surprised he is gone from Pinnacle.

I have recommended Dr Alexander to many friends and all are very satisfied with him as their primary care physician.

I find it very easy to recommend this doctor to any of my friends, families and strangers. I am 66 years old and I have had a lot of experience with doctors and I feel that Dr. Alexander is very thorough, spends time with you and has no problem sending you to a specialist if he doesn't have a complete diagnosis. Does regular bloodwork. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

I am very apprehensive of doctors. Dr Alexander made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend him to any of my friends.

Great personality, talks to you like a real person, not just another number to be seen and put away. Makes you feel like he really cares for his patients.
