Dr. Borders is an amazing doctor, he not only cares for his patients but he makes a connection with the parents as well. He is genuinely kind hearted and it shows through his work. My so loves Dr. Borders and My husband and I do as well.

There is only one thing to say about Dr. Jack Borders.....HE'S TOTALLY AWESOME. He's been the best ENT doctor I've ever had and I've seen several since living in GA.

I found Dr. Borders to be quite aggressive. He offered a surgical method for my child and appeared to be unwilling to take preliminary steps prior to going the surgical route. He provided incorrect information in an attempt to mislead the family to make sure that surgery was the only option. I would strongly encourage parents to fully educate themselves before trusting this physician 100%. I requested follow up with his staff and I did not get any follow up until we had serious problems approximately 10 months after the initial request.
