Dr. Cleland received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C. He completed his internship and residency at Greenville Health System in Greenville, S.C. Dr. Cleland is married with three children including twins. He grew up in Spartanburg and had the privilege of being a high school teacher for many years prior to becoming a physician. Dr. Cleland is board certified in Pediatrics.

Dr. Jack has been nothing but awesome from the very first appointment over 5 years ago. He is down to earth and an absolute pleasure to work with. My kids love going to see him He makes them feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Jack, for sure!

Dr.Jack is an AWESOME doctor that really cares about the patient and the quality of care he provides- he is always willing to work us in if needed and we love his nurse Sarah!- Very happy with the decision of going to Palmetto Peds.
