Happy to see that Jack Colliers reviews have improved since I left his first review in 2013. That horrible day is still etched in my mind as he stood over my sweet husband in a hospital bed ... literally and figuratively speaking down to him in a raised voice and tone that can only be described as condescending, angry, mean and self righteous. Yes, I check back every few years to see how Jack’s reviews are stacking up. I can’t bring myself to any longer refer to as him doctor as those are men and women who are dedicated to the care and well being of their patients which in 2013 he was not. That said, it seems by the positive reviews his attitude is better, his ego not so inflated and maybe a bit of kindness somehow, someway found the way to his heart. Outstanding news. You’re in my prayers Jack.

He is always a delight to talk to. Answers all of my questions. His staff is amazing also. They call back promptly which is great.

I had great care with Dr. Collier and his staff. Always there to answer questions and return calls with answers. His bedside manner was great and funny. I had a heart ablation without any issues. I appreciate the care and the time he took with me.

Horrible bedside manner. Doesn’t read file or know what my diagnosis is. Won’t listen to my questions. Cold and rude.

Dr. Collier was able to cure my arrhythmia with an ablation and I am so thankful. His staff take the time to answer any and all questions. I am very pleased with his practice.

I am still waiting on diagnosis and treatment for my heart condition. He comes off as arrogant and uncaring. Everyone was nice enough the first visit but since then, it's like they are on the moon. Followup care is non existant.

If you're needing an answer for your problems, don't expect one here in any reasonable amount of time. Hurry up and wait is a good description of the care you'll get in this clinic. Calls aren't even returned.

Sadly, it's the same Dr. Collier and I stand by my first review.

I just read Dr. Collier's first review on Vitals.com and I am in shock! They must have the wrong Jack Collier! I saw Dr. Collier several times over the past three years. He saved my Mom's life and was caring, compassionate and had an excellent bedside manner. When she was not doing well, he was there- even at 2:30 am! He stayed to talk to us and let us know about her condition. He was very honest about his concern for her, but he also gave us hope. I would recommend Dr. Collier over and over again!!
