Dr. Cox was down right rude and impersonal. He acted like our concerns were no big deal and shrugged off the risk of pnemonia for my 76 year old mother.

Very compassionate. I really appreciate the way he took care of my elderly aunt when she was sick. He treated her like family. I will always be grateful.

Home Health Care told my sister to take my 93 year old father to the hospital. He had severe pain in both legs, running a temperature, could not urinate and had not walked in 8 or 9 days. Dr. Jack Cox came into the room and grabbed a big mole on the side of my fathers face and twisted it. My father screamed and told him to stop it. It was hurting him. Then Dr. Cox ask my sister what he was doing here. After she took 10 mins telling Dr. Cox what was wrong with dad. He looked my father in the eyes and said, at his age just stick him in a rest home and walked out of the room. Thank God another doctor came in and started to run test on my father. Later on we found out he had cancer. Before I would see Dr. Cox as a patient I would go see a veterinarian first. He has no bedside manner at all. I do not care for him as a doctor at all.

The doctor did a good job of explaining to me all the tests he was doing and also explained the results. He made sure I was very comfortable and I felt like he was very knowledgeable.

this doctors bedside manner is horrible. he has a cocky attitude and does not listen when you explain what the problem is. brushes you off. i do not recommend this doctor
