Dr. Jack Edison Cribb, MD

I just moved out of Michigan and the insurance I had there wont work in my new location. OUT OF NETWORK... My new insurance doesn't kick in till after the 1st of the year and then I have to go through the process of finding a new GP. Being over 1,200 mile frome there office, I called to ask the doctor to please call me one prescription refill in so I can make it until I have a new Doctor and insurance. The person I spoke to on a phone crasly refused. She didn't say she would ask the doctor or speak to anybody else she just told me no. Now I'm rather worried because this medication is not the kind that you can just stop taking without consequence. Maybe doctor's office personnel should have to take the hypocritic oath as well. I don't know what to do...

After being a patient of Dr. Cribb's for several years, I was dropped as a patient because I had not been in for a few years, having not been sick. I did have issue with the office before being dropped as a patient, over receiving a bill that was three years old, due to them having two accounts for me, one with an incorrect spelling of my name. They refused to contact their billing company, to correct. When I tried to come back again as a patient, they had me fill out new patient forms. Then when I called back for an appointment, I was told the Dr. refused to see me, and that I was not a good fit for them. When I asked what that meant, since I had previously been a patient for years, I was hung up on. Very odd, unprofessional, and down right weird and rude.

Dr. Cribb has been my physician for many years now. The reason that I give him high praise, is he actually takes time and listens to me. Explains what he is doing, and answers all my questions. I never leave his office wondering. He takes time with his patients. So, if he is running a little behind, I don't mind. I just know someone needed his attention at that moment. His staff is good to me. Never an issue.

Prescription not sent to CVS had to wait over five days to get them to resend 8 of 10 because of insufficient staff

I am VERY impressed with Dr. Cribb's knowledge and the amount of time he spends with his patients. He takes the time to explain everything completely to people who don't understand (like my fiance). As a nurse, I appreciate the restraint it takes to do this because he knows he has other patients waiting. Kudos to this man!!!

He is the best doc you could ask for. He likes to listen and answer to your questions and comments and is very nice and humorous. He gets what ever is needed done as soon as he can. staff is amazing! I recommend Him to you. ;)

Takes time to answer any question that you may have and very prompt at scheduling referrals if needed. Did not have to wait long to see Dr. after arriving at the office. Office staff was very pleasant and efficient.

really sits down and LISTENS to your complaints and concerns. Gets you the referrals you need if it's out of his ability. Best caring, intelligent Dr I've ever had...he knows his stuff

Very good at explaining medical problem and spends time answering questions. Prompt referrals if needed. Would highly recommend him.
