'Dr. Jack' has been my personal physician for nearly 20 years. His knowledge is cutting edge, care deeply personal, and team (office staff and specialist referral network) superb. I like everything about the doctor except the proptness part. I have had my test in mid May and he called for next follow up in 1st week of Jul. When I went their I got to know that I have high TSH. But after physical diagonis he said it might be wrong so I have to test it again. I gave my blood sample now waiting for doctor to call me for next visit.

I was misled. I was referred to Dr. D because he was very good. I was told by his staff to come in and meet him and not to wait until I was ill. It would take just a few minutes. What they never told me was that my insurance would be charged! Insurance does not cover meet and greet - which I thought would be no cost! I refuse to pay the bill (which is over $100)! Not only that - when I actually did need to see him the front office refused me service because of that bill! While he may be great - you have to get through 'them' to actually see the man! I refuse to pay to MEET him without actually needing or receiving any treatment. Too bad - I liked him when I met him.
