Dr. Jack Randolph Eades, MD

Worst visits I've ever had with a doctor. During the first visit, Dr. Eades decided to waste time ranting about the evils of socialism while (ironically) trying to get me to bring him a free copy of one of my books (I'm a novelist). He also left me on the table after an allergy test for approximately 25 min. in an uncomfortable position, although my time was up well before then. He diagnosed me for a skin condition, scheduled me for a follow up, and continued to treat me through a nurse practitioner. I saw him again on the THIRD visit, when he decided to refer me to a dermatologist. He assured me it would be a male doctor (I hadn't requested one). He also had the female NP step out of the room when looking at my thigh. My thigh. When I asked why he was referring me, he said it was because skin conditions were not his specialty and he shouldn't be treating it. It... was... my... third... visit. Of course, he wanted me to have a fourth visit weeks later. I'm declining.

This is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my entire life! He's extremely rude and condescending. I would never send anyone here to get an allergy test or anything for that matter. Not one time did he ask why I was there instead he just assumed I was there to see if I had asthma. When I tried to explain why I was there with an answer to a question he asked he rudely and abruptly cut me off to explain to me like a toddler that this was a yes or no question and repeated again that I could only say yes or no. When the actual answer was more complicated than a yes or no answer. This guy is a total joke... Just the amount of arrogance and zero care or empathy for a patient is missing.. if you're wanting to come to a doctor and have them actually understand why they are seeking help, I promise you do not go here. This "Doctor", who does not shut his mouth at any point (and honestly it could be a woman thing and he could be completely sexist but I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt… and just saying he's an awful person). I plan to contact TRICARE (since it seems like his business is really benefiting from scamming military families and service members) and explain to them how awful of an experience I had and what I need to do to get him off the referral list. In summary the doctor is extremely rude, will not actually ever ask you why you are there (concerns), if you try to speak up for yourself he will immediately go in defence mode, has more arrogance then he knows what to do with. This review is coming from an extremely laid-back personin which I have never had genuinely such a poor experience at a doctors office I felt the need to write a review... But on top of that I've never in my life written a review on yelp and planed to copy and paste it and put it everywhere on the web.

We have seen Dr. Eades only once , but we were impressed by his knowledge of the problems we were dealing with. His recommendations were sensible , reasonable and very clearly explained. His staff were very kind and efficient.

I am so thankful to Dr. Eades and the staff of Southern Allergy and Asthma. I have long suffered from Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria (undiagnosed hives) and have been battling outbreaks over the last 30 years. When I have a flare up, I get extreme hives- covering my entire body every day. This fabulous doctor doesn’t give up when other allergists did! He not only found a viable option to help- and then constantly documented and urged the insurance pharmacy to finally approve the specialty medicine that I need to control the problem. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without their willingness to listen, keep trying new things, and their perseverance to get me the medication I need. They will always work me in when I have an emergency and his staff is beyond great- I feel more like they are my family! Thank you Dr. Eades and Southern Allergy!

Dr Eades found the cause of my child's chronic cough to be asthma and started prompt treatment. I can't tell you how frustrated we had been before seeing Dr Eades

Dr. Eades has treated my children and I for several years now. He always treats us kindly and his staff are fantastic people. He is quite a wonderful person. I highly recommend him and his staff at Southern Allergy and Asthma.

He got me better when others did not
