Dr. Jack David Fair, MD

Refused to see me EVER because I had to miss my appointment due to my son's daycare being closed. As hard as it is to get established with a PCP these days, we are refusing patient's treatment because LIFE happens? What a joke.

I saw Drm Fair and wanted him to be my PCP. He told me he does not treat patients with arthritis. I was shocked and bewildered. Not even 1 star is what I wanted to give him but you have to put 1.

I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Fair's office. The receptionist was kind and his nurse was very sweet and helpful. He gave me his full attention but did not try to order unnecessary tests. I would highly recommend him

First time visit as a new patient. Very short wait time with very nice and friendly receptionist. Office atmosphere was very nice. Dr. Fair was very prompt and knowledgable. If you are looking for a family doctor I would highly recommend that you try Dr. Fair.

I took my child to see Dr. Fair giving a detailed reason to the nurses on making the appointment, going very much into detail the reason for the visit. The Doctor had NO Clue had to test my child or what to do to help her. If he could not test her I should have been told up front and then he had the gall to charge me and my insurance for the visit. Waited an hour past my appointment time. I lost time from work, drove 1 hour to get there plus the cost and expense. I am very aggravated.
