Dr. Jack Wayne Finch, MD

My husband went to see Dr. Finch at the begining of his cancer diagnosis. Lets just start with the fact that Dr. Finch doesn't know anything about cancer it was almost a foriegn word to him. Also when asking about anti depressants (you know because you just recieved a cancer diagnosis) unless you have all the doctor terminology he talks down to you and treats you like you are beneath him and dumb. I had to walk out of the last appointment due to his laughing at me trying to get help for my husband. I had asked for a less strong drug than prozac... Seems like a normal question to me. He also felt it his place to tell me I "could use to loose a few pounds." This is my husbands appointment not mine my weight was not the topic. I am not the patient so why then do you need to tell me politely I'm fat. Btw I weigh 175 and am 5'10". Besides all that nonsense their billing and front reception is whack! They keep trying to bill my dental and telling me I have outrageous bills but I havent… even recieved one bill from them. I brought up the billing issue to them in the first place when i recieved my explanation of benifits! I have no problem paying a properly billed bill. They said we only have dental which is a huge laugh!! We got on the phone with our insurance right then and there and they would not get on the phone with our insurance when we had them in the line waiting to talk with them. They called and harrassed us over a bill we brought to their attention that they billed wrong. Then denied further treatment and sent us away because we refuse to pay until its billed correctly. Dr. Finch cares about money and clearly has a God complex. It's sad he had to prove himself to be so unprofessional, judgmental, and poor at his job. Now time to find a better family practice Dr.

Dr. Finch is a joke, he is anti-woman, anti-Christian, he didn't listen to one word I had to say, he is disrespectful to women and Christians. I had two visits with him, and it was horrible. He took 45 minutes to see me. He made jokes about my weight, and he couldn't remember what I came in for. He order test I did not need. And all he do is write out drugs. I told him I don't do drugs period because I'm a God fearing Christian. I will never this person again and I cancel the next visit with him. I cant believe I wasted time and money with this mean spirit person. He should not be a doctor.

Te easiest, to the point doctor I have ever visited

After seven years that I have been a patient, I have to have a follow-up every three months, he still does not remember my correct medication, does not want to bill my insurance, and acts like a long time friend to my face. Will be changing practice.

Great doctor!! The staff is excellent, given they are so busy. I would recommend this office!!

Doesn't take notes nor order tests when necessary. Like to have lots of meaningless appointments to rack up the charges.
