Dr. Jack A Galbraith, MD

I am giving Dr. Jack Galbraith a low rating because he does not show much compassion for patients. He is a bit arrogant and self righteous. Does not exhibit any characteristics I think a doctor should have.

I forgot to add, after I said lets get out of here to my mom, in the strangest tone he yelled, "You are no longer my PATIENT!", I guess he didnt take the hint when I was walking out of the office. He then follows me down the hall as I am walking out, I turn and asked him "after you really following me?" He then put his hand on me to push me along. I abruptly yelled, "DO NOT TOUCH ME!" as he yells "get out of my hospital" This man escalated the situation in every way possible. After I said "this isnt going to work, lets leave", his ego magnified along with his emotions. I waited 3 months to come to this man for help and he crapped all over me, without even discussing anything directly with me. This was all based on paperwork he read. He looked and treated me like I was the scum of the world, zero respect.

This was one of the worst doctor exp I have ever had. He started berating me as a new patient, first appointment. I have Chiari Malformation. Dr Jack has an abnormal view on neurology. He told me all my pain and problems(on disability) were my choice. I choose to let them affect me...like if I had cancer, I chose it...he is a warped man. Then as I notice this is wasting my time I told my mom its time to leave, and he continued to berate me. He mentioned he was offended because I didnt shake his had....I didnt shake his hand because am constantly adjusting my testicles because of pain, but I guess he rather shake a sweaty ball hand than be offended...This doctor is a joke. I would stay away from anything ESSE. They hire the low of the low.

Very caring

He replaced a doctor I had been seeing for 25-years, who retired. I feel like he listens to me, takes care of my diabetes 2 and other needs, and he is caring with a great personality. His staff is excellent, especially his assistant, Martie. I would highly recommend him.

I recently switch to Dr. Galbraith, I can honestly say I've never been so impressed with a staff and doctor that I was today. Very attentive and really listened and took time to explain things. The staff was so nice and caring from the front staff to the doctor to the lab. I had a great experience and I'm very happy to have found them. Would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Jack really listens. He doesn't act like he knows all, but thinks and consults with others or refers you to a specialist if need be. He has great bedside manner...is always very kind and concerned, and is great about following up when necessary.

He was very curtious to my son, listened to every detail. He was very gentle with my child, even when he was crying. Dr.Galbraith made you feel comfortable and secure. He even called a few days later to see how he was feeling. thanks!!

Can be very nice, but generally in a big hurry and doesn't take time to listen to what the physical problems really are. Wish that he would have been more explicit about what was really going on.
