Dr. Jack William Haney, DDS

Born and raised in Greeneville, Tennessee, Dr. Jack Haney knew that he wanted to be a dentist from an early age. He is proud to be both a Knoxville cosmetic dentist and to have followed in the footsteps of longtime family friend and mentor, Dr. Joe Henely, orthodontist and former Tennessee Dental Association president.
Dr. Haney was on his way to fulfilling his life long dream after graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1992. He is a proud 1996 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Memphis, College of Dentistry.
Shortly after graduating dental school, Dr. Haney joined the United States Air Force. Dr. Haney was able to continue his education when he began a residency program while stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, Louisiana and finishing at Howard’s Air Force Base, in the country of Panama. After completing his residency program in 1998, he returned to East Tennessee and established his current practice.
In order …to stay on the cutting edge of a constantly evolving field, Dr. Haney firmly believes in the importance of continuing education. He has continued his advanced training under the guidance of some of the top names in the dental field, studying advancements in the fields of cosmetic, implant and restorative dentistry. Since 2008, pediatric, family and cosmetic dentist Jack Haney has been actively involved in a nine course, 243-hr continuing education curriculum with the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington.

Dr. Haney believes passionately in the importance of maintaining the integrity of one’s oral health and the impact it has on overall health. He and his staff provide friendly children's dentistry. His office is equipped with state of the art technology used in the detection, diagnosing and treatment of oral diseases.
The impact of a smile is extremely powerful to Dr. Haney. He has been instrumental in restoring many of his patients smiles while remaining committed to treating and preserving the natural smile of others. He is committed to providing comprehensive pediatric dentistry, family dentistry and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Haney and his wife Michelle have been married for 9 years. They have 2 children, Will and Hayes. When not following University of Tennessee sports, he enjoys golfing, boating, snow skiing, wakeboarding, ice skating as well as watching his boys participate in hockey and soccer. He is also actively involved with his son’s cub scout pack. Dr. Haney and his family believe strongly in giving back and being involved in their community and support many organizations throughout the year.
