Dr. Jack Hirschowitz, MD

I saw him in 1981 and lost a year to his quackery before I left to work with someone truly excellent; it took another year to undo the damage done by Dr. Hirschowitz. He has all the accolades, though---figures.

Ive have seen Dr, Hirshowitz for four years. As a man, I believe he is the kind, compassionate and altruistic. As a doctor he is also these things which makes his approch to treatment feel genuine. For me personally, it was all those things about him that allowed me to trust a doctor for the first time in my life. With all of kindness and compassion Dr.Hirsowitz is no pushover. I recently needed a real real reality check and although he spoke calmly and never yelled, he was firm and really change the path i was going down. That was 4 week ago and I have stayed on the right path ever since. Dr Hirsowitzs vast knowledge of psychiatry, human behavior (some time we get in to conversation about philosophy) as well as many different treatment options for all the different issues on the psychology spectrum that his patients are dealing with. I don't know what i would do with out the help I have and continue to receive from Dr Hirshowitz

Dr. Jack has been really helpful and is a compassionate and caring doctor, as well as a nice and funny person.
