EXTREMELY disrespectful and unprofessional. Came out to the waiting room and in front of everyone called me and my roommates selfish for getting tested again after being exposed to COVID-19. Continued to speak condescendingly to 3, 20 year old girls in front of everyone in the waiting room. Yelling at us. Then proceeded to go behind the desk and make a new “rule” that if you have been tested for COVID-19 within the last week you cannot be tested again. And came back out and blamed the rule on us. Most unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful person I have ever come across.

We have been to "Dr Jack" three times now. I wish he were primary care so we could see him for regular problems. Great doctor, very good diagnostician, good at gathering data and explaining the problem to you.
