By far, the best experience I have ever had with a doctor.

Crossed emotional, physical, and ethical boundaries over and over. Like someone else said, physical touch is not okay. I am horrified he is still practicing.

Lacks respect of patient and ethical boundaries. Physical touching is not ok.

Jack was really easy to work with and his price was really good compared to others. Would highly recommend Jack.

Excellent physician who cares about his patients, actually listens, and spends time explaining things.

This provider listens and genuinely cares for my well being. If I ever had a concern about anything I know he would put my safety or my child's safety first and foremost. He is one of the most empathetic, most warm hearted physicians, a psychiatrist at that that I have ever found and I would trust him with anyone in my family and have referred him to other people. The only cons are he is quite hard to get an appointment if you want one soon and if you have an emergency or want to be worked in, expect a few weeks out to get an appt., otherwise an excellent physician that is patient, honest, and definitely doesn't press medications, but is very knowledgeable.

He took the time to listen rather than just writing a prescription.
