Dr. Jack Allan Kravitz

After suffering from a mild heart attack three weeks ago and in the hospital slightly improving each day, the decision was made/forced upon us to move my grandmother to VITAS Hospice care under supervision of Dr. Kravitz. She arrived today at 5pm and passed away 4 hours later. They did absolutely nothing to check on her. It was basically euthanasia. Would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kravitz is a wonderful anc compassionate doctor and a great diagnostician.

My husband and I have learned that our doctor of over thirty years, Dr. Jack Kravitz, is leaving the practice. He has been a knowledgeable, dedicated and professional caregiver for both of us through the years. My husband had some serious health issues and I can unequivocally state that because of his expertise and the team of specialists he assembled, he has been able to recover successfully. His leaving will be a tremendous loss to all the patients to whom he has dedicated his life.

Dr. Kravitz has been our family doctor for well over 30 years. Not only does he go above and beyond when he meets with you, but he is always right on the spot with his diagnosis. This man is a gem and a gift to the world of medicine, anyone is lucky to have them as their Doctor.

Dr. Kravitz has been my physician and my families for over 10+ years now. There is no better doctor in our personal opinion to see in the area then Dr Kravitz.
