There is a dearth of urology providers [...] and in the 25 years of living here I have had to travel 90 minutes in each direction to obtain this level of specialty care. To have Dr. Lambert's expert urologic surgery practice here on the shore is a massive benefit to me (and I daresay other similar patients). As I get older it's harder to travel [...] for such appointments (as an upcoming infectious dr appointment will require). [...]

Excellent! Understood my problem and went right to a fix. Took the time to listen, Love that. BTW, the staff were fine and I don't understand why the Doctor should "take a hit" because of a staffer.

I had an appointment at 3:30 Tuesday last. My GPS led me astray.....I was lost.....I tried to call your office to get directions.....The operator said all agents were busy and that my call will be answered in the same order as received. .....I lastened to music and the operator's message for over "40" minutes.....too late to affect any good outcome. Thanks to the lady that answered my call, I made another appointment and I owe her a profound apology. Richard Russell
