Dr. Jack Catlett Lunderman, MD

Laughed at me for not being able to take a day off work after they set up an appointment a day before without asking. Asked to speak to someone else because I was being treated poorly willing having a crisis. Then was hung up on five to six times. Once of those while being one a merged call with crisis care

Dr. Lunderman is very quiet. He doesn't say much

I tried to become a patient, and was blown off. I left 2 messages to schedule an appointment, and the calls were not returned. I called back a third time and talked to someone. She claimed to have no record of my messages. In trying find out why, she became very rude and hung up on me. Then phone would only go to voice mail.

Wait times are completely out of hand... Then the appointment is rushed...

I have been seeing him for many years.

I have PTSD and major depression. I saw Dr. Lunderman for a couple years before moving to another state. He helped me tremendously! Found the best meds for my conditions. Found out I also have a hypothyroid and put me on the correct meds for that too! I have seen 2 psychiatrists in another state and had a horrible experience with one of them and so-so with another. I so MISS Dr. Lunderman! The wait to see him is long, but well worth it. I cannot speak highly enough of this man. I have told him on more than one occasion that he has literally saved my life.

i have gone to dr. lunderman for greater than ten years, he has been kind, caring and attentive to my diagnosis. i believe he is an excellent diagnostician and very attuned to new meds. few psyciatrists practice psychotherapy these days, he spends just enough time.

Dr Lunderman is fabulous and has helped incredibly with my VERY sever anxiety/panic disorder and agoraphobia. He's the only Dr. that has been able to help. He is never timely though and sometimes it takes more than an hour waiting in the waiting room (that is most often completely packed with people which is not favorable for my condition) to get into his office. Also, I have to call a month in advance to score an appointment. Apparently everyone in the city utilizes him.

I went to Dr Lunderman for what started as mild-moderate depression. He started putting me on one medication after the other, whenever I told him that something wasnt working he just handed me a new prescription & increased the dose on current medication. It got to the point that I was COMPLETELY out of it, and in & out of hospitals. When I tried telling him how bad it was he just told me to keep taking the meds. I went off 20 different meds from him at the same time BY MYSELF because he wouldnt help me with that. Then when another doctor requested my records from him he wouldnt send them, and wouldnt answer calls from us or return calls to other doctors. Ive met 3 other people that went to him with the same problems & the same results. Not good at all, basically took 3 years of my life away.

He has always had good bedside manner. I believe he has accurately diagnosed me (I used to be in the medical profession). Overall, an excellent doctor.
