Dr. Jack Eugene Marshall, MD

Dr. Marshall is a very compassionate and caring doctor. He spends a great deal of time listening and asking questions before arriving at a conclusion He also explains the diagnosis and upcoming procedures very well and gladly answers any questions you have. The medical treatment that I have received from Dr. Marshall has drastically improved my life. I would recommend him to anyone needing to see a pain specialist.

He is so nice and informative. Explains everything to where you understand it. Very patient and making sure you are ok. I would recommend him to anyone.

For my particular illness, Dr. Marshall did what he could, and when he felt there was nothing he could do, he referred me to someone who could do more. He was a very professional doctor, had good humour, and was a joy to be around. He even remembered who I was after not seeing him for around six months. His staff was also very caring and respectful. One of my favourite things about visiting the doctor, was the fact that when I asked questions he explained everything I asked in a way that was easily understood yet precise, detailed, and informative. When he gave the procedure that he hoped would alleviate the pain, he had a machine (I am not sure exactly what it was, because I understood the function, and use, and that was really in my opinion all I needed to know) that displayed what was in my spine, where the needle was going, and where, and what amount of medicine was administered. I do have one negative comment about his care for me, right before I was about to have the medicine… administered I did have to inform him that I had a severe latex allergy, because the nurses neglected to inform him that I had put that in my paperwork on the first visit. But, after that first time, the nurses and Dr. Marshall remembered that I was allergic, so the following visits I did not have the same problem. I also like the fact that after each injection they called one week later to check up on me to see how the medicine was taking to my body, and that kind of care is really amazing, it is very rare in the medical field to have a doctor who cares about his patients to such a degree. In the Mercy network, there is no better doctor in my opinion. I highly recommend this doctor to others if you have a back issue, the care, professionalism, and performance of the doctor's office is excellent.

I would most definitely recommend and choose this pain management Dr. Jack E. Marshall, M.D. again. I have a herniated disk in my lower back that causes me excruciating pain every year or so. As long as Dr. Jack E. Marshall, MD of OKC is in practice, I have no reason to look for another pain management doctor. Whatever it is that Dr. Marshall uses on me works and lasts for a year or two! This is an extremely better solution than surgery folks. Oklahoma has most excellent spine surgeons, (Dr. Horton surgically removed my first herniated disk perfectly), ... but If a person can get by with pain management shots in the spine instead of surgery, then it is much safer in my opinion to try the shots. The shots was more than well worth my entrusting my back to him, I live a normal life because of his shots. Blessings to all :)

I've been going to Dr. Marshall for my back for at least 6yrs, had several injections with good results and no problems at all. I've actually used them after a fall...I can't say anymore about Dr. Marshall, or his staff, including Kelly the PA. Whatever moron gave them one Star, is probably because they actually "treat" you instead of dosing out painkillers like other doctors..if you want a drug dealer, then go somewhere else, but if you want a great Dr that cares, Marshall is the best.

Dr.Marshall is one of the most skilled physicians in pain management. He and his staff are very caring and return calls promptly. He wants his patients to get better and not be a victim of their pain. He has helped me tremendously.

Dr Marshall can stick me nearly any where he gives the best shots do not feel a thing
