Dr. Jack Nana Mofor, MD

Dr.Mofor is one of the worst providers I've ever come across. this man has poor communication skills. he will literally enter a room barely say a word to you and say "ok, see you I'll see you tomorrow." it's insane. in the rare chance he does ask you how you're feeling he will just respond with " oh okay" and no nothing about it. besides the poor communication skills I do not trust his medical judgement. I've seen this provider just order anxiety meds for a patient that was calm but was becoming more and more confused over the span of 2-3 days. he refused any imagining, blood or urine testing to check for infection. his note will simply say "pending placement for discharge"

I saw him at Orlando Health. I have been here for. Of 4 days now, every time this man has come into my room he has not said anything but I'm going to check your breath and bye. He never asked me any questions as to how I was doing or anything like that. I have a rare brain disease and I have seizures along with it. For some reason this doctor decided that he was not going to administer my home medications which include my seizure medications and anxiety medication that help me prevent my seizures. Since he's taking them away I've had three seizures. One of which I ended up on the floor seizing on my back where I had just had a lumbar puncture and also where a shunt is placed on my spine. He shows absolutely zero empathy for his patients. Well for me anyway. This man treated me as though I was trying to get pain medication as though I was some sort of junkie even though I never asked him for anything like that not once. simply because I told him that I needed pain relief immediately and… I needed my home medications right away he treated me like I was a bother and he did not want to deal with me. I am absolutely ashamed to have been his patient. I would use caution if you are ever at Orlando Health and this doctor happens to come into your room. I feel betrayed, neglected belittled and embarrassed.
