Dr. Jack Ronald Newton, MD

Dr Newton has a lot of experience. He delivered me and also my 2 children. With my second child I was in a car accident at 36 weeks, the doctor on call did not even order an ultra sound which was unbelievable since I was injured and the airbag hit me in my stomach. I developed HELLP Syndrome and I almost died. This man, Dr Newton, left a wedding reception and came and set in the ICU unit where I was at after he had delivered my baby earlier that day and I was not doing any better. He sent me to UofL for further treatment. A few days later I was back in Owensboro and I was scheduled for surgery on my leg and just before they took me back to prep for surgery guess who showed up! Dr Newton, he had extra test done to check my blood counts before the surgery. He was not the doctor doing my surgery... I'm not sure how he even knew I was there for surgery, but I was glad to see him. I was scared to death, I thought I was going to die, after everything I had been through. I consider Dr Newton… a HERO! I never had any complications during my pregnancies. I think it says a lot for him to be there for his patient (me) when I was in ICU. It was a rare situation that I went through but he was there for me and he saved my life! He is a great doctor!

I hate this doctor! As some of you all may love him. I remained pregnant for 43 weeks! 43! When he finally induced me I was told that my baby almost died. He was in side me to long! DUH! 43 weeks! I tried to get the doctor to induce me but he always told me no. He has horrible bedside manner, and I really think he shouldn't be a doctor, or he should start caring about his patients.
