Dr. Jack Raskin

27 years ago, i was referred to dr. raskin by my 1-year-old's pediatrician. my son exhibited many autistic spectrum traits. with his years of experience, dr. raskin was able to reassure me that although my son was hypersensitive, he would grow out of it, which he did. dr. raskin also taught me a valuable lesson for myself and to model to my son: "maturity is being okay even when you don't get what you want." a wonderful man and professional.

After adopting a child who was bi-polar, I had no idea what to do. Dr. Raskin kept me sane and gave me so much wonderful information, mostly he helped me realize I was not to blame and how to raise her as normally as possible. Years later I have adopted two of my daughters children who are both bi-polar and am still using techniques Dr. Raskin taught me 30 years ago. Thank you for saving my life.
