My visits are always good. What people to forget drs are people to they have lives other than being a dr. Yes they have a responsibility to there practice but they also have a responsibility to their families to. They emergencies, vacations, play hooky, just like you do. They human too. They bad days and good day just like you. They talk about people just like you did in your review. Unless you’re perfect don’t cast stones on Dr. Rutkowski or his staff.

I was a possible new patient but my appointments kept getting canceled. The third appointment was canceled 3 hours prior to the appointments how EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

His office is conveniently located near my place of employment. I went to see him for my asthma and he instantly won me over. Took my fiance there to help with her Type 2 and he was magnificent. He is everything a doctor SHOULD be and more. I can't recommend him enough. He is a good good man.

Knowledgeable and understanding of the patient's needs. I just wish he had Saturday hours.

I have been struggling for years with weight loss and after just 1 visit with Dr Jack I am confident that I will no longer struggle. His sense of humor, knowledge and understanding took away any anxiety that I was feeling prior to the appointment. I am happy that I have found Dr. Jack

When it was time for me to be seen after the first month, I was rescheduled 3 times in 1 week Not sure how this should work but it seemed that he didn't really care about me being on the program Looking for another dr. that my care more. How can I work the program when after one month he is to busy to stay at the location on Rockside Rd. Way have afternoon appointments and your never there?

He is attentive and always reachable when you need him. Expertise in many areas reassures his patients that he sees the big picture. He and Dr. Robert make an excellent team.

Dr. Jack has a very nice bedside manner. He seems to really care about his patients, doesn’t rush them in and out like cattle like a lot of doctors. His staff has a lot to be desired rude, incompetent, mean, never smile and many other faults. I would recommend dr. Jack if you can turn the other cheek when it comes to the staff. Yes sometimes the wait can be torture but you have to understand he is an urgent care too. He sees his appointments as soon as he can to their appointment but it’s not always on time as others are waiting.
