Dr. Jack Owens Sipperley, MD

This was the worst doctor experience I have ever had. Another doctor referred me to him and Dr. Sipperly was a complete jerk toward the referring doctor implying that he was incompetent. I will be finding a different retina specialist since this so called "doctor" is so disrespectful.

The best in their field! Everyone here cares and it shows through and through. Thank you Dr. Sipperley and his Team at the Lake Havasu location for always being compassionate to my situation. I'm better today because of all of your amazing ,professional top notch skills, knowledge and services. Im truly Blessed to have you and your team at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in my life. Very friendly staff and Dr. Sipperley is very gentle and caring with my treatments??

Dr Sipperley is amazing. He had a test done on my eye that I had not had done before with my previous doctor. It revealed some good news for me. He thoroughly explained my condition and I’m very thankful I am able to have him as my doctor. The staff is wonderful as well!

Dr Sipperly is friendly, takes the time to answer any questions. He's gentle and caring. His staff is great too.
