Dr. Jack Daniel Summer, MD

Dr, Summer has been my primary doctor for number of years. He is a dedicate, and committed doctor who reminds me of the medicine from the old times, when doctors would spend time listening to their patients.

Dr. Summer is a fantastic doctor. I have been seeing him for 4 years mainly for my annual physical plus a couple minor issues in between. He always is incredibly thorough and spends a good amount of time with me asking questions. At the end of the appointment you go to his office and discuss your health. And then following that he sends you a written summary by mail. Its really the way a doctor should operate. His practice is not high-tech by any means - they dont use the latest and greatest whiz bang technology. But, I feel in very good hands and am comforted by his thoroughness.Unfortunately, he has discontinued taking all insurance, so therefore I am going to have to switch doctors. Otherwise, I would still be seeing him. I highly reccomend!

Dr.Summer does an excellent job of actually listening to his patients. He also follows up each visit with a written summary of the visit. His office staff is professional and courteous.
