Dr. Jack R Tocco, DO

Waited 3 months for this appointment and he couldn't get me out soon enough. He did not hear what I was saying and suggested I get on a fiber supplement and laxative. Also, to get a colonoscopy. Doctors these days just want to push you to think you are crazy, or that one size fits all rather than hearing what the actual problem is and wanting to help get to the root of the issue. I will not be returning and will need to wait another 3 months to find a doctor willing to take the time to listen rather than rush me out of the room.

Arrogant and acted like he couldn’t be bothered. My pain is in the liver area and he immediately wants to do an endoscopy, I declined that and he suggests maybe it’s a pulled muscle.

Office seem efficient and friendly. Dr. Toco saw me within ten minutes of appointed time. Dr. Toco seemed very interested in my concerns and scheduled a test.

Doctor Tocco is an excellent listener and responds to your needs as a patient! He is very knowledgeable in his are of expertise

Dr. Tocco was very professional and showed a genuine interest in solving my problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what to do to solve the issue. Hi I was referred by ER to GI specialist for upper gastric pain. DR J Tocco was able to get me in right away. He reviewed all my many test. He scheduled me right away for EGD. Was diagnosed ulcers and now under treatment. I felt he listen to my concerns and was very good with the procedure.

Dr. Tocco is very efficient. He listens and answers all our questions no matter how busy he is. We are comfortable with him and feel confident. Having him as our doctor...

This doctor was one of the worst I’ve seen. Didn’t even listen to my complaints and concerns and just made a blanket diagnosis. Just awful. Don’t go to him if you would be able to use the internet and google western medicine common symptoms. If you are looking for someone who thinks outside the box To determine what’s wrong and is interested in learning more than what a text book taught him, this is not the doctor for you.
