Today's visit was not great. 8:45 am appointment time & it looked like the check in people were scattered & overwhelmed. Spoke with the MA Lyndsey the day before & did not have a pleasant conversation. I copped an attitude (but not inappropriate) & she matched energy. At the appointment she walked 15 feet in front of us. Just rude & was not pleasant at all. Again, not inappropriate but just unprofessional. Doctor seemed irritated we were there. Probably got an earful from Lyndsay about our conversation. Overall, seems like they're very unprofessional from the beginning to the end. Walked out without scheduling a follow up & when called back I asked to speak with a supervisor & both were unavailable. It's been about an hour & still waiting. Not really judging off this interaction yet. I'm sure if you know nothing about how a professional office should run this place would be nice. When you know too much you tend to have higher standards.

One of the best run practices I’ve experienced. Staff is highly efficient and unfailingly pleasant (to patients and each other); wait times for Dr Trebelhorn (SCS office) are typically within 10 mins of scheduled time. Dr Treblehorn is attentive, relaxed, and thorough - he explains things well and welcomes questions. Truly feel I have a partner in my improving health.

My experience with Dr. Trebelhorn thus far has been extremely pleasant. Very matter of fact demeanor while still attentive to the details of what is being communicated. Appears to see you as more than just an office visit and seems honest. No complaints.
