From the front of the house to the back of the house...let’s just say if I didn’t have to go back I wouldn’t but I have to get a knee. If I could walk thru the back and only deal with the ladies that check you out then it wouldn’t be so bad. Why have a patient portal? That is about as much as joke as thinking you might get a call back. I need to have my other knee checked out but I have made appointment elsewhere. A person shouldn’t have to dread going to a doctor because his staff is so unprofessional. The child that works at the front window that made a comment of “here comes that trouble maker”should be put in timeout better yet we are supposed to be adults here so terminated would be better. For Shannon......not even worth wasting my breath on. Needs a lot work on her attitude! It’s a shame Dr. Brooks that I would Not recommend Southern Orthopedic.

Dr. Brooks is very caring and compassionate with his patents. His staff is wonderful.

Total hip replacement at 67 years old in 2011. Dr Brooks gave me my life back.

Dr. Brooks is by far the best Orthopedic Surgeon in SE Georgia, if not the entire Southeast . Dr. Brooks is kind and courteous person that really has a passion for his profession. I would highly recommend Dr. Brooks to anyone who needs Orthopedic care.

Dr Brooks is a great listener, you never feel rushed when your being seen. He always focuses on a clear explanation of his diagnosis, and is extremely helpful in answering your questions. We're very grateful to have Dr Brooks in our community.

Took three weeks to see Dr. Brooks. After my visit, I now see why! Very personable clinician who actually explained my condition to me. Treatment was effective, better in 3 weeks.

Hard to get appointment, but well worth the wait. Explained situation and options at length. Definitely not "knife-happy". Very concise and pragmatic.

dr dyal and jackie brooks are the best i recommend them to any one who needs anything done with bones they are excellent wish i could have seen them sooner they are currently fixing my feet and they are great
