Doctor did not examine me only ordered tests, made me feel like I was a burden and that I did not know what I was talking about

Dr. Maxey is a great family doctor and is very knowledgable. The staff are always polite.

Hes always been respectful to me and my husband.He takes time to talk with his patients.I've been going to him at least 5 yrs. or more.I know a lot of people that have also been his patients also.He gives excellent care.

He's the best I've seen in many years. He takes his time when it's your turn- worth the wait.

What was most memorable was, i tried to explain what was going on with my symptoms and things that had happened to me in the past year or so, I was honest about an opiate addiction, but all he did was write me nuerontin and Viagra which I clearly told him, I didn't need either of those. I was there for a regular checkup to check bloodworm, cholesterol and such! Simple, I wouldn't go back there if he paid me!! By the way, I did not in any way ask for any kind of narcotic, it was his automatic assumption! My overall rating would be dont do it!

I went to have what I thought was a wart removed from my buttock area. He had no assistant in there with him. He asked me to get on my hands andknees on the table. After the proceedure, He shoved three of his fingers into my anal cavity and asked if I liked anal sex, and several other questions that were private.I have found another Doctor.

I do not think he needs to be in practice any longer either!
