Dr. Jackie Pujol, MD

I've been a patient for a long time now. I've been seeing Dr. Pujol with my daughter. The convenience of scheduling at appointment is fair. I liked the fact that I could call maybe an hour earlier to let them know I'll be coming in without an apointment. What I did not like was the fact that when I tried to ask specific questions about the medication he has given me or my daughter... he was not informative at all, or he would say "don't worry about it" It bothered me very much because no one wants to take something when you don't know how it works or even what it could do to your body (side effects). I had to go online and research the medications to know what to watch out for when using them. WebMD was the website I had to go to after every visit. Helped a lot and went through a lot of detail, but I just wished I didn't have to go through all the research right after a visit. I was running behind on a lot of things I had to do. The lady at the counter as well is just way to straight… forward and rude sometimes... As they get older their filter isn't as good as it used to be. But anyways, that was my experience there.
