Dr. Jackson T Giles JR.

I have seen Dr. Giles for my eyes my whole life. He and his staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable. His new offices and optical department are very nice and clean. He did my grandparents Cataract surgeries and they have both had fantastic results and have their quality of life back. They were both surprised that he cared enough to follow up with them on the phone the day of surgery. They said that it gave them piece of mind to know he was following up to ensure they had good results. I also have a friend who had great results form some new Glaucoma procedure he is doing. I would recommend all my friends and family to go see him if you need, a check up, glasses, or surgery.

Dr. Giles has always been understanding and professional. His staff is extrememly helpful and the whole experience is a pleasure.

I am so unhappy with this physician. His staff is friendly and courteous. His approach is condescending and has communication challenges.
