Dr. Jaclyn Marie Ferro

Horrible. My daughter went to see the Nurse Practitioner Chyna, for an underlaying condition and not only was not addressed and limited to do a yearly exam, but when my daughter called 4 days later to complain about the same condition, they told her to come in and pay another visit. When we called the Office again, we were informed that no where in the notes did it say anything about the issues my daughter originally had gone there for. When we spoke with the Nurse Practitioner, she blatantly lied and told my daughter that she never mentioned anything and that an entire conversation they’ve had regarding that never took place. She was obviously covering herself for not having written her medical notes correctly. Not only that but she told us that the medical director would call us, and no one did.

She is the epitome of what a doctor should be. Doctor Ferro takes the time to listen to my every concern. This is refreshing, since before her, I always have left an office having questions. I highly recommend her.
