Narrow minded… I come in vulnerable and ask for help… thinks so small…. Just couldn’t believe the truth so she is unable to help. Disregarded and dismissed, I was not even heard then was told I was not believed or able to receive treatment. After months of payments. Wish I had the nerve to ask for help sooner, I wouldn’t have wasted so much money. Asking for help, received no feedback, referrals, or direction. Just “wish you well”

Dr. Hone listens, researches new treatment methods, encourages her patients to change lifestyle habits that contribute to illness before writing an rx. I particularly appreciate that. I am a proponent of balancing the physical body through food, exercise & stress management & using hormones when necessary & prescription drugs being a last resort. She helps me make healthy changes & still presents appropriate rx options. I have had other people I know switch to her for better care & they are pleased with their choice. I personally recommend this doctor. She is so smart, listens & tries harder to get it right than any other doctor I have seen. I have been dismissed & treated with disdain by other doctors who were behind the times in medical treatment. She calls when I need her to. I hate waiting for my doctor, but that is what happens if patients require more time that expected. Since I get the time I need I won't knock off a star for that. It would seem unfair, considering.

I have been seeing Dr. Hone for two years now. She is very kind and takes a genuine interest in my well being and addresses my problems promptly and thoroughly. She really takes time with me and quite frankly has "taken up the slack" for my specialist who is often too busy to deal with frequent problems that arise with my illness. I would have been in prolonged pain and suffering if it had not been for her and her willingness to step in and help. She also has a very sweet disposition and you can tell she loves her job. Best doctor I have ever had in my life. She really understands!! My visits are frequent and not "just once a year" so I speak from lots of experience with her. Her staff are great too. Sharon Davis

Dr. Hone is for you. I never ever feel like she is rushing to her next patient and brushing off my concerns. She listens and then presents a plan. If there are multiple options for treatment, she will present both and ask my opinion about how aggressively or conservatively I want to treat the condition. She understands how insurance companies work (in general, and mine in particular) to help us keep our family healthy without undue expense. Her nurse Rachel is also sweet, kind, and efficient. When I call with a question, she either knows the answer or gets back to me promptly after speaking with Dr. Hone. I have not encountered any surly or disgruntled office staff at all. Also, Trinity Medical has great walk-in hours if you have something that you need to be seen right away. I have not encountered any surly or disgruntled office staff at all.

Recently, one of my teenaged children experienced some rather extreme medical symptoms that required immediate care. We were visiting Trinity Medical almost twice a week for a month with various misdiagnoses that ranged over a large spectrum of illnesses. With each new diagnosis came additional prescriptions and at one point a visit to Children's Hospital. When all was said and done, a "Google" search by myself prompted a simple blood test that revealed her true illness. We were given a prescription for an antibiotic by her primary care physician that was quickly recalled by another member of the Trinity Medical staff because as we were told "AUGMENTIN CAN CAUSE ADVERSE EFFECTS IN PATIENTS WITH MONO!" Since we'd already filled & paid for the augmentin, we were told that having a full bottle of antibiotic can always come in handy & we were given a different medication. Keep in mind that our dissatisfaction was only with one of the newer physicians of this group, Dr. Hone, but there are… several others that we trust. Misdiagnosis I can understand to a point, but a RX that can actually harm a patient is irresponsible. After the concern and stress of "not-knowing" what ailed our child subsided, the bills started piling up.... office co-pays, prescription costs, blood tests and an ER visit. I spoke to an accounts receivable clerk to see if they could consider offsetting some of the costs of the initial visits. We'd been long time patients with EXCELLENT account standings to this point, and I'd hoped that they would value us as customers / patients and credit some of the expenses in good faith. Today, we received a letter stating that after reviewing their records, my child received quality care in their opinion. They credited her account 100% of the balance due, and requested that we find a new physician's group to treat our family. I'm very disappointed that they would feel they needed to go that far and think that it is very unprofessional and defensive.
