Completely inflexible on scheduling and the people who answered the phones threatened me for trying to reschedule an appointment 24 hours before the appointment citing "our policies are that we will bill you for rescheduling, even if we have never previously informed you of this policy". I will be booking with someone else who provides this same service.

My appointment was on time, quick and efficient. I took my hearing test and we went over the results right away. They had me on to my next appointment early and they handled everything with my insurance. I was able to fill out my registration online, so i had almost no paperwork to do in the office. I'll be back in a year or so do a follow up review. Thanks!
