Dr. Jaclyn Beth Van Nes, MD

Hands down one of the best OBGYNs. I’ve been pregnant 8 times and she delivered my last one. I sincerely wish I had met her sooner. She is so authentic, compassionate, kind, and willing to serve with a heart of Gold!

I had to switch OBs midway through my pregnancy due to a change in insurance and once I met Dr. Van Nes was SO THANKFUL I did! She is so friendly and easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the pregnancy, explained things really well, and I never felt rushed. The rest of the staff was really friendly as well. The office manager was great - Explained what insurance would cover and how to what to ask insurance about. If you go to the West location there's not usually a wait either. I couldn't recommend her any higher! She didn't end up delivering my baby, but only because he came over 3 weeks early and she had somewhere she had to be that night. She checked on me in the hospital up until she left, and would have been late to her meeting if I was closer to delivering. She came and checked in me the next day as well, even though she wasn't on rotation.

This doctor (Van Nes) stays, "Double and Triple booked," direct quote. If you are not having a baby and have other problems, do not count on having an appointment anytime soon. Additionally her website states that she specializes in other GYN problems and menopausal issues. This has not been my experience. She doesn't seem interested in problem-solving, my quality of life, explaining health issues, or caring communication. Her staff has given me inaccurate information and have been rude.

I find dr. Van ness to be attentive, knowledgeable and kind.
