Jacob Blong, DPT

Jacob Blong, PT, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who enjoys helping people of all ages recover from injury, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter most to them. His professional interests include sports medicine, concussion management, dry needling, foot and ankle rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and neurologic rehabilitation, including stroke recovery. Jacob has a special interest in treating foot and ankle conditions and enjoys helping patients improve balance, gait mechanics, and overall function so they can safely return to work, sports, and recreational activities. He is also passionate about helping individuals experiencing dizziness and balance impairments improve confidence, reduce fall risk, and maximize independence. He believes in providing personalized, evidence-based care and partnering with each patient to develop treatment plans that align with their goals and lifestyle.
