The best! 5 stars plus. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions plus added information that I needed for my recovery. I am 7 weeks into my second knee surgery, so I can now walk without pain, however the first 3 or 4 steps show some discomfort. What a great relief from where I was before my surgeries. I know it will continue to heal in the next few months, mostly in getting more leg muscle strength back. All the initial discomfort was worth it. My feelings, don’t even hesitate if you’re considering Dr. Jacob Brooks.

The patient experience at this facility was great from the moment I entered the door. The front office staff were friendly, conversational, and kind. The waiting room was clean and orderly, easy to walk around and clutter free. Once back in the room, the nursing staff were phenomenal. Very kind, smiling, attentive, excellent with educating me and my family member about the procedure, what to expect, and the recovery process. Before entering the operating room, Dr. Brooks, the OR nurse, the anesthesiologist, and the PACU nurse all verified and confirmed what surgical site I was having the procedure on. That was excellent for reassurance that my surgery would be performed with an attention to safety. The entire environment was clean from the exam rooms to the bathrooms. All staff were smiling and friendly throughout the entire experience. The nursing staff were patient and attentive while I was recovering and working on regaining my mobility directly after the procedure. No pain directly… following the procedure. No headaches. Felt well, grateful, and reassured. I 100% recommend this office for your surgery.

I had worked with a lot of his patients he sent over to the store for help with supplements as this was their preference. To meet him was pleasure, he is very good at explaining himself and ensures that he understands you case and concerns. Excellent personality. I look forward to working with him for my orthopedic needs.

Dr. Brooks is great! Very caring and I believe knowledgeable in what he does. I have had a shoulder replacement, a knee replacement and scar tissue removed from my knee. I always have the feeling he cares about my outcome. He is always willing to try another procedure to help you feel better. Because he is so good and so busy, scheduling a surgery takes longer than I like. I feel his expertise is worth it.
