Dr. Jacob Russell Caylor, MD

After suffering injuries to my cervical spine in a car accident, I struggled with severe and debilitating pain. I couldn’t take care of myself, and my mental health rapidly deteriorated. I decided to reach out to PSA to see what, if anything, they could do for me, and I can confidently say it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. Dr. Caylor believed me, helped me advocate for myself and my needs with other doctors, and has been by my side, holding my hand as I’ve gone on a journey in the past year. He sits and talks with me, and treats me holistically as a real person with complex needs (not like a human body with a diagnosis, like many doctors do). He patiently answers all of my questions, assuages my concerns, and ensures I’m keeping realistic expectations for myself as I recover. I genuinely don’t know if I would have made it through the past year without Dr. Caylor and his team. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Caylor.
