Dr. Jacob Elefant

THIS GUY THIS DR. ELEFANT AND HIS OFFICE ARE TERRIBLE AND CHEATS. NEVER GO THERE!!!!! MY SON WENT IN FOR A SIMPLE CLEANING AND THAT WAS ALL THAT HE HAD AGREED TO AND AT THAT SAME APPOINTMENT, THE DOCTOR SAYS HE NEEDS THIS ROOT CANAL. HE HAD NEVER EVER EVEN HAD A CAVITY. HE HAD INSURANCE AND THE OFFICE AND THIS DR ELEFANT TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIM. THE NEXT THING HE KNOWS, THIS DR ELEFANT IS DOING A ROOT CANAL ON A FRONT TOOTH AND SAID HE NEEDED A CROWN AND DID IT IMMEDIATELY, INSISTING THAT IT GET DONE IMMEDIATELY!! MY SON FELT PRESSURED AND AGREED BUT THE OFFICE TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT HE HAD GOOD INSURANCE! DID I SAY NEVER GO THERE!!! I SHOULD HAVE REPORTED IT IMMEDIATELY TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL REGULATION AND THE AMERICAN DENTAL ASSOCIATION BUT I FELT THAT ANY GUY WHO WOULD DO SUCH A TERRIBLE THING WOULD SEEK REVENGE ON ME OR MY SON!! SO NEVER GO THERE!! AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW THAT THIS OFFICE IS TERRIBLE AND FULL OF CROOKS!!

Good dentist who makes you feel very comfortable. Has an outstanding office staff.

The worst dentist. Overpriced, terrible work. Old equipment. A throwback to the 50's. They don't even own a computer. Dr. Elephant does not communicate at all. After the procedure he disappears without saying a word. You are left sitting there and not knowing what is going on. Avoid this dentist.

Great staff very caring, professional, super friendly especially Michell from the front desk always smiling, make you feel comfortable. I had my best cleaning in my life with Ana very gentle but very thorough, extremely professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry. And of course Dr Elefant was great, honest, objective and did not propose or perform any unnecessary work. Overall a great experience I look forward to my next cleaning appointment so gentle relaxing and caring I really feel treated by dealt professionals! I highly recommend this office!

This dentist is incapable of finishing a procedure. For months he has promised me that I would be satisfied after spending many thousands of dollars. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. Patients are complaining in the waiting room about his procedures and his inability to finish work. PLEASE warn others to stay away!
