Dr. Jacob Ryan Hennings, MD

My son went to the ER after several days of fever, cough, chest and side pain. The nurse took his vitals and the doctor popped up on a screen. I was not allowed to go back with my son because of the Covid-19 virus. Dr. Hennings told my son he was not testing him for anything and just sent him home. We later received a bill for $355 from just the doctor and $800 additionally from the hospital. The doctor never came into the room. My son was coded a level 3 with the insurance but was given no direction for meds or anything. Basically he was sent home and the next day was diagnosed with a bad case of mono. If I wanted a tell-a-doc I would have called the one I had with my insurance. Not a fan!

Dr. Hennings works out of Erlanger. He will send you claims without filling with your insurance. These bills often come late with the threat of sending to a claims agency. Be cautious and double check with your insurance.

He helped me out in the ER when I hurt my leg. Very friendly.
